Service Description
Welcome to Amaz-Ballz DND Evenings – a magical, screen-free escape into creativity, storytelling, and social adventure for young people aged under 18. Whether your child is new to Dungeons & Dragons or a seasoned young adventurer, our sessions offer a safe, inclusive, and exciting environment to learn, play, and grow. Led by experienced, DBS-checked Dungeon Masters, our evenings are designed to foster imagination, teamwork, and confidence through the world’s most iconic tabletop roleplaying game. Every session is carefully structured to support participants in exploring rich fantasy settings, solving creative challenges, and forming meaningful connections with their party members. What’s Included: Each evening session runs for approximately 2 hours and includes structured gameplay, character development, and immersive storytelling. We provide character sheets unless your child prefers to use their own, and we welcome laptops or tablets if they use digital versions. A light snack is offered during each session to help keep energy levels up, and each ticket includes one drink. Please note: Dice are not provided. Each participant must bring their own full set of dice in order to play. Players who do not bring dice may have to share with another player. Our groups are kept small to ensure everyone gets a chance to shine. We welcome neurodivergent players, quieter kids, and anyone who thrives in a structured, supported setting. Who's it for? This service is exclusively for participants under the age of 18. It is suitable for complete beginners as well as those already familiar with D&D. Parents or guardians must complete the booking and provide relevant contact, medical, or support information in advance. Safeguarding & Environment All staff are DBS-checked, trained in safeguarding, and paediatric first aid qualified. Sessions are held in safe, welcoming venues that follow all health and safety guidelines. We prioritise positive social interaction, respectful behaviour, and creating a fun space where every participant feels included. How to Book: Sessions can be booked individually or through our Bulk Buy Plan. Spaces are limited and pre-booking is essential. Let the adventure begin! Cancellation Policy
At Amaz-Ballz, we’re committed to creating a safe, fun, and inclusive space for young adventurers. This policy explains how bookings, cancellations, and waitlists are handled for all connected services, including both individual and bulk sessions. By booking or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you agree to these terms. Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system. Bookings close either when full or 24 hours before the session. Sessions are for under-18s only, and must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. Each session has limited capacity to ensure quality play and a supportive environment. Please inform us of any medical, learning, or support needs at the time of booking. It’s your responsibility to ensure your child is available to attend their booked sessions. Cancellation Policy We require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. With sufficient notice, we will return the session credit to your plan or allow a rebooking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session, or no-shows, will be marked as used. No refunds are available for missed or short-notice cancellations, as staffing and setup are based on booked numbers. Waitlist Policy If a session is full, you may join the waitlist. If a space opens, you’ll receive an email notification. You must confirm your place within 12 hours, or the spot may go to the next person in line. Please ensure your contact details are correct and monitored before the session. Waitlist invitations are time-sensitive and cannot be held beyond the response window. Final Notes All bookings are subject to our Behaviour Policy and Safeguarding Standards. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email.
