Make your next event unforgettable with our exclusive Gold Package at Amaz-Ballz Play Café! Perfect for birthday parties, family gatherings, and special occasions, this package offers everything you need for a fun, stress-free celebration. Here’s what’s included: Exclusive 2-Hour Play Session Enjoy 2 hours of private access to our play area, including the soft play area, climbing frame, and ball pit. The package covers 15 children, with the option to add more for £7.50 per child (up to a max of 20 children). Spacious & Comfortable We can accommodate up to 40 guests (children and adults combined). There’s plenty of standing space, plus high chairs are available throughout the hire. For first birthdays, we can pre-lay some at tables for easy use. Full Access to Play Equipment Guests have full access to the climbing frame and ball pit. Toys like cars and role-play figures aren’t included, but the climbing frame and ball pit will keep children entertained for hours. Café Services Two DBS-checked staff members will be on hand to serve drinks and ensure everything runs smoothly. We also provide plastic plates and colourful napkins for food. Party Decorations The climbing frame will be decorated with birthday banners, and balloons will be hung around the room. We’ll also provide a helium balloon number matching the age of the birthday child. Cake & Celebrations There’s space to display your cake, and staff will assist with the candle ceremony. Cake will be sliced and wrapped in napkins for easy serving. We recommend scheduling the candle ceremony 20 minutes before the end. Music & Entertainment We can play music to help sing Happy Birthday. If you’d like to invite an external entertainer (e.g. a princess), please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. We have limited space for dressing and need to ensure everything aligns with our insurance policies. Beverages & Food We provide jugs of squash and water throughout the event. Beakers and tippy cups are available for the children, with adult assistance. Plus, we offer a delicious food selection that’s sure to please both the kids and the adults!
