Service Description

Host an unforgettable event with our Silver Package at Amaz-Ballz Play Café! Perfect for smaller gatherings, birthday parties, and family celebrations, this package offers everything you need for a fun and relaxed experience. Here’s what’s included: Exclusive 1.5-Hour Play Session Enjoy 1.5 hours of private access to our soft play area, climbing frame, and ball pit. The package covers 15 children, with the option to add more for £7.50 per child (up to a max of 20 children). Spacious & Comfortable We can accommodate up to 30 guests (children and adults combined), with seating for 23 people and room for standing. This provides plenty of space for guests to relax and watch the kids play. Full Access to Play Equipment Guests will have full access to the climbing frame and ball pit. While toys like cars and role-play figures aren’t included, the climbing frame and ball pit will provide hours of entertainment. Café Services Two DBS-checked staff members will be on hand to serve drinks and assist with the event. We provide plastic plates and colourful napkins for food service. Party Decorations We’ll decorate the climbing frame with birthday banners to create a festive atmosphere for the celebration. Cake & Celebrations Your cake can be displayed during the event or kept in the kitchen until you're ready for the candle ceremony. A staff member will assist with lighting the candles, and we recommend completing this 20 minutes before the end. After the ceremony, staff will slice the cake and wrap the slices in napkins for easy serving. Be sure to inform the staff how many slices you'd like. Music & Entertainment We can play music to help sing Happy Birthday, adding to the fun. Food & Drink We provide a medium-sized buffet, along with jugs of squash and water. Cups and tippy cups are available for the children with adult assistance.
